Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of medical supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate the internal logistics of the hospital, including the transfer of patient samples, documentation, and clinical supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory and ensure timely replenishment to prevent shortages.
• Work closely with clinical and administrative staff to understand and fulfill their logistics needs.

• Provide support in emergency logistics situations, ensuring critical supplies are delivered as needed.

Requirements:

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good physical condition, as the role involves manual handling and movement of heavy items.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
• Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality in all matters.
• Basic computer skills for managing inventory databases and processing orders.
