Role Summary: As a Service Colleague, you will be a key member of our team, directly interacting with customers to provide a positive shopping experience. You will assist customers, handle transactions, and ensure the store is well-maintained and inviting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with any questions or concerns they may have.
• Process sales transactions at the checkout accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all areas of the store.
• Restock shelves and ensure products are displayed neatly.
• Handle customer complaints and issues, providing timely and effective solutions.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer service scenarios.
• Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
