Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Operate the checkout register, managing financial transactions, and returns with integrity.
  • Ensure the shopping area is clean and well-maintained, restocking shelves as needed.
  • Resolve customer issues with a professional demeanor and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in retail or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
