Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our team as Warehouse Night Shift Logistics Associates at our fulfillment center in Tilbury. As a Logistics Associate, you will be responsible for performing various tasks related to the movement, storage, and processing of goods in our warehouse facility during the night shift. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and be part of a dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move and transport goods within the facility.
• Receive, sort, and process incoming shipments of inventory, ensuring accuracy and completeness of orders.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to customer specifications and quality standards.
• Perform inventory control tasks, including counting, replenishing, and organizing stock on shelves and storage racks.
• Use handheld scanners and computer systems to track inventory movement, update records, and generate shipping labels.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines to maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet productivity targets, quality metrics, and service level agreements.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to address issues, solve problems, and ensure smooth operations during the night shift.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar environment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays, on a full-time basis.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and move heavy objects (up to 23 kilograms or 50 pounds) with or without accommodation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as scanning barcodes, labeling packages, and verifying product information.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to follow safety protocols and adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
