Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our Hereford store, you will play a key role in creating captivating displays that showcase our latest fashion collections and inspire customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating closely with store management to understand sales targets, customer preferences, and promotional initiatives.
• Using your creative vision and knowledge of current fashion trends to design visually appealing displays that highlight key products and drive sales.
• Ensuring that merchandise is presented in an organized and attractive manner, adhering to Primark’s visual merchandising standards and guidelines.
• Regularly updating displays to showcase new arrivals, seasonal promotions, and must-have items, while maintaining overall store aesthetics.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the replenishment team to ensure that products are available for display at all times.
• Conducting regular walkthroughs of the store to assess the effectiveness of displays and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or a related field is preferred.
• A strong passion for fashion and design, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the role.
