Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our Hemel Hempstead store, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning displays that showcase our latest fashion collections and engage customers. Your duties will include:

• Collaborating with store management to understand sales targets, customer demographics, and marketing initiatives.
• Using your creative flair and knowledge of current fashion trends to design captivating displays that attract attention and drive sales.
• Ensuring that all merchandise is presented in an organized and visually appealing manner, following Primark’s visual merchandising guidelines.
• Regularly refreshing displays to highlight new arrivals, seasonal promotions, and key product features.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the replenishment team to ensure products are available for display.
• Conducting regular walkthroughs of the store to assess the effectiveness of displays and identify opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or a related field is preferred.
• A passion for fashion and a keen eye for design, with the ability to create visually compelling displays.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the role.
