Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our Hastings store, you will play a vital role in creating captivating and visually appealing displays that inspire our customers and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with store management to understand sales targets, customer demographics, and promotional strategies.
• Utilizing your creative flair and design skills to develop eye-catching displays that showcase our latest fashion collections and seasonal trends.
• Implementing visual merchandising standards to ensure consistency and coherence in product presentation throughout the store.
• Monitoring inventory levels and coordinating with the replenishment team to ensure products are readily available for display.
• Regularly refreshing displays and signage to highlight new arrivals, promotions, and key product features.
• Conducting regular store walkthroughs to assess the effectiveness of displays and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, retail display, or a related field is preferred.
• A keen eye for design and the ability to translate trends and concepts into compelling visual displays.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of the role.
