Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our Glasgow location, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products and attract customers. Your key duties will include:

• Collaborating with store management to develop and execute creative merchandising strategies that align with Primark’s brand image and current fashion trends.
• Using your artistic flair and design skills to arrange merchandise in visually striking displays that highlight key products and promotions.
• Ensuring that all displays are executed to a high standard, following Primark’s merchandising guidelines and standards.
• Regularly refreshing displays and adjusting layouts to optimize product visibility and enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Monitoring sales performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and make adjustments as needed.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail display is preferred.
• A strong passion for fashion and design, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to create visually appealing displays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and effectively communicate merchandising concepts.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by the demands of the role.
