Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our Doncaster location, you will play a key role in creating engaging and visually appealing displays that showcase our products and drive sales. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards in accordance with Primark’s guidelines and brand standards.
  • Collaborating with the store management team to plan and execute creative display layouts that highlight key products, promotions, and seasonal trends.
  • Ensuring that all displays are well-maintained, organized, and stocked throughout the day.
  • Monitoring sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail display, preferably within the fashion industry.
  • Strong creative skills with a keen eye for detail and design aesthetics.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
