Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our Derby location, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that attract customers and drive sales. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Implementing and maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines and seasonal campaigns.
• Creating captivating displays that showcase key products, promotions, and seasonal trends.
• Collaborating with the store management team to plan and execute display layouts and product placements.
• Ensuring that all displays are well-maintained, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
• Monitoring sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail display, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
