Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons in Gatineau, QC. As a pivotal member of our leadership team, the Shift Manager will play a central role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant during designated shifts. With a focus on customer service, team management, and operational efficiency, the successful candidate will lead by example, inspiring excellence in both staff and service.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations during assigned shifts, including customer service, food preparation, and staff management.

Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the food service industry, preferably in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring teams to achieve excellence.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, colleagues, and subordinates.
