Position Overview: We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Attendants at Tim Hortons in Coaticook, QC. As a Customer Attendant, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding service to our guests, ensuring they have a positive experience every time they visit our restaurant. Whether you’re taking orders at the counter, preparing beverages, or serving our delicious baked goods, your friendly demeanor and attention to detail will make all the difference.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system
• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, according to Tim Hortons standards
• Assist with food preparation, including assembling sandwiches, wraps, and baked goods
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing tables and wiping down surfaces
• Respond to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure guest satisfaction
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or food service is an asset but not required
• Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to provide excellent service
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with guests and team members
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
