Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests according to established recipes and standards.

• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies, washing glassware, and keeping workstations tidy.
• Check identification to verify legal age requirements for all customers purchasing alcoholic beverages.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the point-of-sale system efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bar and restaurant operations.
• Stay updated on current menu items, promotions, and special offers.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service practices.

Qualifications:

• Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage preparation techniques is a plus.

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Must be of legal age to serve alcohol in the UK.
