Job Description: As a Customer Assistant at Tesco Wythenshawe, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering outstanding service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of our store. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with their inquiries and helping them find products.
• Operating cash registers accurately and efficiently, processing transactions and payments.
• Replenishing stock on shelves and ensuring products are well-presented and easily accessible.
• Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness throughout the store, including cleaning spills and organizing displays.
• Supporting colleagues with tasks such as stock replenishment and assisting with deliveries as needed.
• Adhering to health and safety procedures and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
