Role Overview:
Our Sheffield location is hiring! Be part of a team that’s committed to top-quality service and delicious food. As a Team Member, you’ll assist customers, serve food, and keep our shop in tip-top shape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Prepare and serve food and drinks, ensuring quality and freshness.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Operate tills and handle cash and card transactions accurately.
- Follow health and safety standards to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to create a positive atmosphere.
Requirements:
- Passion for customer service and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in a customer service or food service role is a plus but not required!
