Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a warm welcome and ensuring they have a great experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and drinks, including sandwiches, pastries, hot beverages, and more.
  • Ensure food displays are always well-stocked, fresh, and presented attractively.
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment, ensuring all health and safety and food hygiene standards are met.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Support your colleagues and work as a team to meet store targets and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Help with opening and closing the store, including stock management and preparation.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A passion for delivering great customer service with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Previous experience in retail or food service is helpful but not essential – full training will be provided.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • A commitment to working as part of a team and supporting your colleagues.
