Responsibilities:

• Lead, motivate, and coach a team of associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day activities in your assigned department.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, including restocking and merchandising.
• Collaborate with other team leaders and store management to achieve overall store goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role, preferably in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends.
