What You’ll Be Doing:

• Delivering outstanding customer service to pet owners and their furry friends.
• Advising customers on pet care, nutrition, and product recommendations.
• Assisting with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store.
• Supporting the store team with day-to-day operations.
• Ensuring pets in our care are healthy, happy, and looked after according to our welfare standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for pets and customer service.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous retail experience is a plus but not essential – full training will be provided.
