What You’ll Do

• Offer expert advice on pet care, nutrition, and product recommendations.
• Create a welcoming and friendly environment for customers and their pets.
• Care for pets in-store, ensuring their wellbeing and following welfare standards.
• Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining a clean store.
• Support the team in daily store operations.

What We’re Looking For

• A genuine passion for animals and excellent customer service.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Previous retail experience is a bonus, but full training will be provided.
