What You’ll Do

• Deliver excellent customer service and pet care advice.
• Care for in-store pets and ensure welfare standards are met.
• Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Support the store team with daily operations.

What We’re Looking For

• A love for pets and a passion for customer service.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work on a rota basis, including weekends.
• Retail experience is beneficial, but we provide full training.
