Your Role

As a Store Colleague, you’ll be at the heart of our mission to provide the best care for pets and their owners. Your responsibilities will include:

• Offering expert advice to customers on pet care, products, and services.
• Ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for pets and their owners.
• Replenishing stock and maintaining store displays to a high standard.
• Caring for pets in-store, ensuring their wellbeing and following welfare guidelines.
• Supporting team members with daily operations and delivering excellent customer service.

• A genuine love for animals and enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• A proactive approach and a willingness to learn and develop.
• Retail experience is beneficial but not required – we provide full training.
