Responsibilities:

• Assist in organizing and running basketball training sessions.
• Support the coaching staff in developing players’ skills and techniques.
• Provide encouragement and feedback to young athletes.
• Assist in setting up equipment and maintaining practice areas.
• Help create a positive and motivating training environment.
• Participate in team meetings and planning sessions.
• Contribute to organizing youth basketball events and tournaments.

Requirements:

• Passion for basketball and mentoring young athletes.
• Basic understanding of basketball fundamentals and techniques.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Enthusiasm for inspiring and motivating players.
• Ability to work collaboratively with coaching staff.
• Prior coaching or playing experience is a plus.
