Role Overview:
As a Retail Sales Associate, you’ll play an essential role in providing excellent customer service, assisting customers in finding the products they need, and ensuring the store is well-presented and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, helpful service
• Assist customers in locating products and answer their inquiries
• Restock shelves and maintain product displays
• Operate the cash register, manage transactions, and handle refunds or exchanges
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and organized

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service and a team-oriented mindset
