Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and offer assistance with product selection, ensuring a welcoming and helpful store experience.
• Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and offering knowledgeable advice on products and promotions.
• Operate the till and handle transactions, including cash and card payments, in an accurate and efficient manner.
• Maintain store presentation by stocking shelves, setting up displays, and ensuring the store is clean, tidy, and well-organized.
• Support with stock replenishment and assist in managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
• Promote special offers and loyalty programs to enhance customer satisfaction and sales.
• Work as part of a team to meet store goals and ensure a smooth day-to-day operation.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential – full training will be provided.
• A passion for customer service with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
