As a Floor Manager (Coach) at our Antrim Factory Store, you’ll be a key member of the store leadership team, driving performance on the shop floor and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll lead a team of Athletes (Retail Assistants), ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and represent Nike’s values of innovation, inspiration, and inclusion.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire a team of retail Athletes to deliver premium service on the shop floor

• Drive sales targets, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction

• Manage daily operations including stock flow, floor coverage, and visual merchandising

• Provide coaching, feedback, and development to team members

• Execute marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities

• Support the Head Coach and Assistant Head Coach with store-wide leadership and strategic goals

• Maintain compliance with health & safety, security, and operational standards

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader retail role

• Passion for sport, fashion, and the Nike brand

• Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills

• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment
