As an Assistant Head Coach – Operations & Commercial at Nike’s Wembley store, you will be at the forefront of delivering operational excellence and commercial performance. Reporting to the Head Coach (Store Manager), you’ll take ownership of key processes that drive business success – including inventory management, stock flow, back-of-house operations, and store profitability.

⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational and commercial activities within the store, ensuring efficiency and compliance

• Drive inventory accuracy, replenishment systems, product flow, and stockroom organisation

• Lead shrinkage prevention efforts and health & safety compliance

• Collaborate with merchandising teams to execute product launches and promotional campaigns

• Analyse commercial performance (sales, conversion, stock turn) and support strategic decision-making

• Train, lead, and motivate back-of-house teams and operations staff

• Work closely with the Head Coach and peer coaches to ensure smooth store-wide coordination

• Champion Nike’s values and create a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement

• Proven leadership ability in a retail or warehouse setting

• Analytical skills and comfort with commercial KPIs and performance data
