💬 Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service through authentic conversations and product expertise

• Support daily store operations including cash handling, stock replenishment, and cleanliness

• Maintain high visual merchandising standards that reflect the Nike brand

• Stay up to date with product launches, features, and technologies

• Work as part of a high-performing team to exceed sales targets and customer expectations

• Represent Nike with professionalism, integrity, and passion for sport and innovation

• Great communication and people skills

• Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn

• Experience in retail or customer service is a plus — but not essential
