As a Night Operations Athlete at our Nike Factory Store in Stockton-on-Tees, you’ll be part of a dedicated overnight team that ensures the store is fully prepared, restocked, and visually perfect for each day’s opening.

You’ll help drive operational excellence by handling deliveries, managing stock flow, and supporting product presentation — all while the rest of the world sleeps.

📦 Key Responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming deliveries quickly and accurately

• Replenish and merchandise the sales floor during night hours

• Maintain stockroom organisation, cleanliness, and compliance with safety standards

• Assist with floor sets, campaign changes, and promotional rollouts

• Work closely with store leadership to ensure smooth daily handovers

• Follow all operational, health & safety, and loss prevention procedures

• Strong attention to detail and efficiency

• Physical capability to lift, move, and organise stock

• A proactive, team-oriented attitude

• Experience in stockroom, retail, or warehouse roles (preferred but not essential)

• Availability for overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
