As a Night Operations Athlete at our Nike Factory Store in Portsmouth, you’ll be part of the overnight team responsible for preparing the store for the next day. From processing deliveries and replenishing stock to organising the back-of-house, your role is critical to maintaining seamless store operations.

📦 Key Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, and process deliveries accurately and efficiently

• Replenish the sales floor and ensure it’s floor-ready for the next trading day

• Organise and maintain clean, safe, and well-structured stockroom areas

• Assist with visual merchandising setups and promotional floor changes

• Follow health & safety, security, and operational procedures at all times

• Work collaboratively with store leadership and day shift teams

👟 What You Bring

• Great attention to detail and a strong work ethic

• Ability to work in a physical role (lifting, moving stock, bending)

• Previous experience in retail, stockroom, or warehouse operations (preferred but not essential)

• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• A team-first mindset with strong communication skills

• A passion for the Nike brand and helping the store run efficiently
