🛍️ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver premium customer service and expert product advice

• Operate tills, process transactions, and handle customer queries

• Support back-of-house operations including stock replenishment and delivery processing

• Maintain floor standards and visual merchandising in line with Nike’s brand image

• Work collaboratively to achieve daily store targets and KPIs

• Stay informed on Nike innovations, campaigns, and seasonal releases

• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, proactive approach
