About the Role
As a Retail Lead, you’ll support the Store Management team by helping create a premium customer experience and driving business results. You will lead by example, guide and motivate the team on the sales floor, and foster a culture that delivers excellence in customer service and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Manager with daily operations

• Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service

• Support and train team members to meet and exceed KPIs

• Monitor and manage product placement, stock levels, and visual merchandising

• Maintain a safe and compliant working environment

• Take ownership of designated areas of the store and report on performance

• Previous retail experience, ideally in a supervisory or team lead capacity

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proven ability to drive sales and performance

• Passion for the Nike brand and sport
