As a Retail Assistant (Athlete) at our Nike Store in Essex, you’ll be a key member of the team, bringing the Nike brand to life through exceptional customer service, deep product knowledge, and a passion for movement and innovation.

Whether you’re helping a customer find the right gear, restocking fresh product on the floor, or handling transactions at the till, you’ll be playing a part in inspiring every athlete* who enters the store. (*If you have a body, you’re an athlete.)

🛍️ Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service with confidence, product expertise, and enthusiasm

• Support key store operations: sales floor, tills, fitting rooms, deliveries, and stockroom

• Ensure store cleanliness, organisation, and visual presentation meets Nike standards

• Stay informed on Nike products, innovations, and seasonal launches

• Collaborate with team members to meet daily KPIs and sales goals

• Represent Nike’s brand values of performance, inclusivity, and creativity
