Whether you’re helping a customer find the perfect pair of trainers or restocking the latest drops on the floor, your role is to create meaningful, brand-right moments that reflect the spirit of Nike. 🛍️ Key Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service and product knowledge to every customer

• Support store operations including tills, stock replenishment, and merchandising

• Maintain visual standards and floor readiness at all times

• Stay updated on Nike innovations, trends, and campaigns

• Work collaboratively to meet store targets and KPIs

• Champion Nike’s values of diversity, sustainability, and innovation
