Whether you’re on the shop floor offering style advice, in the stockroom prepping product drops, or at the tills creating a smooth checkout experience — you’ll be playing an essential role in powering up the Nike community.

🛍️ Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and inspire shoppers through expert product knowledge

• Support daily operations including tills, fitting rooms, floor replenishment, and delivery processing

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and visual presentation throughout the store

• Stay up to date on Nike’s latest innovations, styles, and campaigns

• Work closely with team members and store leadership to hit daily goals and KPIs

• Be an active brand ambassador for Nike both in-store and in the community

• A proactive, energetic, and customer-focused attitude

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus — but not essential

• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and peak retail periods
