As a Floor Manager (Coach) at our Nike Factory Store in Birmingham, you’ll be a frontline leader who motivates and empowers the team to deliver an outstanding customer experience. This role is all about bringing energy to the floor, driving performance, and making every shopper’s visit to Nike memorable.

You’ll be responsible for day-to-day floor operations, coaching a team of Athletes (Retail Assistants), and supporting the store leadership team in delivering on key business goals — all while living the Nike values of innovation, inspiration, and inclusion.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of Athletes to deliver exceptional service and achieve store targets

• Manage floor coverage, product presentation, and real-time problem solving

• Act as a role model for service excellence and brand representation

• Deliver daily briefings, one-to-one coaching, and performance feedback

• Support store operations including merchandising, replenishment, and customer flow

• Ensure compliance with health & safety and operational standards

• Contribute to the execution of product launches, campaigns, and promotions

• Serve as a keyholder and assist with store opening/closing as required
