As an Operations Coach at our Nike Factory Store in Portsmouth, you’ll lead the behind-the-scenes action that keeps the store running like clockwork. You’ll be responsible for back-of-house operations including stockroom organisation, inventory management, and delivery flow — all while leading a team of stockroom Athletes to deliver efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.

📦 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the stockroom team to execute operational excellence daily

• Manage incoming and outgoing deliveries and stock replenishment

• Ensure back-of-house spaces are safe, clean, and well-organised

• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy, shrink prevention, and product flow

• Collaborate with store leadership on floor readiness and launch execution

• Maintain compliance with health & safety, logistics, and audit requirements

• Analyse stock performance and help drive operational improvements

• Experience in retail operations, logistics, or stockroom management

• Leadership skills with the ability to coach and inspire a team
