You’ll manage day-to-day retail operations, motivate your team of Athletes (Retail Assistants), and help turn customer interactions into lasting brand relationships. If you’re a natural leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and lives and breathes sport, this role is your next move.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of Athletes to deliver exceptional service and achieve store goals

• Support the Head Coach and Assistant Head Coach in managing daily floor operations

• Drive product knowledge, visual merchandising, and brand presentation standards

• Ensure smooth execution of stock flow, replenishment, and promotional campaigns

• Deliver daily team briefings and performance coaching

• Act as a keyholder and support operational procedures such as opening/closing the store

• Ensure compliance with health & safety, security, and company policies

• Previous experience in a supervisory or team leader role in a retail environment

• Passion for the Nike brand, sport, and customer engagement

• Excellent communication and team leadership skills

• Ability to drive results through motivation and performance management

• Confidence working under pressure and solving day-to-day retail challenges

• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holiday periods as needed
