Job Description: Sheffield United Football Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our retail team as Retail Assistants. As a Retail Assistant, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our retail outlets at Bramall Lane. Your responsibilities will include:

• Assisting customers with their inquiries, providing product information, and offering assistance with purchases.
• Operating cash registers and processing transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing retail environment, including merchandising and replenishing stock as needed.
• Monitoring inventory levels and reporting any discrepancies or stock shortages to the Retail Supervisor.
• Assisting with stocktaking and inventory management tasks as required.
• Following company policies and procedures regarding cash handling, security, and health and safety.
• Collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Representing Sheffield United Football Club in a professional and friendly manner at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable manner.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and matchdays as required.
• Knowledge of football and an interest in sports merchandise is desirable but not essential.
