Position Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented Servers to join our team in Surprise, AZ. The ideal candidates will provide outstanding service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly, with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
• Present menus, offer menu recommendations, and answer questions about food and beverages.
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly, and enter orders into the point-of-sale system.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking in regularly and addressing any concerns or special requests.
• Process payments, handle cash transactions, and provide accurate change.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.
• Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Uphold Red Lobster’s standards of service and hospitality at all times.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a server in a full-service restaurant is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong customer service skills, with a focus on guest satisfaction.
• Reliable and punctual, with a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
