Job Overview: Would you like to craft enticing drinks inspired by the sea? As a Bartender at Red Lobster, you will help our guests celebrate by preparing Red Lobster signature beverages in a fun, friendly atmosphere. Responsibilities will include following recipes, upholding company specifications and standards, and keeping the bar stocked and clean.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
• Ensure that all drinks are prepared according to company recipes and standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Manage bar inventory and restock supplies as needed
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies

What You Need to Succeed:

• Skills to Make the Grade: Multi-tasking, communication, attention to detail
• Job Qualifications: Must be of legal age to serve alcohol based on state requirements
• Physical Demands: Lift and carry up to 30 pounds, remain on your feet for several hours, work under pressure, bend, reach, and stoop
