Responsibilities:

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Manage patient check-ins, verifying personal information and directing patients to the appropriate areas.
• Schedule appointments and maintain an organized appointment booking system.
• Handle incoming calls, providing information and transferring calls as necessary.
• Ensure the reception area remains tidy and conducive to a welcoming environment.
• Manage patient records and data entry with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and preparing documents.
• Address patient queries and provide information regarding diagnostic procedures.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a receptionist, preferably in a healthcare setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using computer systems, including appointment scheduling and data entry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
• Friendly and professional demeanor.
