Job Description: As a Visual Merchandiser at our Exeter location, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually appealing displays that showcase our products and enhance the overall shopping experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with store management to develop and execute creative merchandising strategies that align with Primark’s brand image and seasonal promotions.
• Utilizing your creativity and keen eye for detail to curate product displays that highlight key trends, promotions, and seasonal themes.
• Ensuring that merchandise is presented according to Primark’s standards and guidelines, including proper placement, styling, and signage.
• Continuously refreshing displays and adjusting layouts to reflect changes in inventory, promotions, and customer preferences.
• Monitoring sales performance and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and optimize merchandising strategies.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising, preferably in the retail or fashion industry.
• A passion for fashion and design, with a solid understanding of current trends and customer preferences.
• Strong creativity and attention to detail, with the ability to think outside the box and create visually captivating displays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and provide guidance on visual merchandising best practices.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
