About the Role:

As a Plate Waiter, you’ll play a key role in creating a premium dining experience for Wimbledon members and their guests. You will be responsible for serving food and beverages, maintaining the dining area, and ensuring each guest enjoys world-class hospitality in a refined setting.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding table service, including plating and clearing

• Ensure prompt and courteous service throughout the guest experience

• Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to maintain high service standards

• Uphold cleanliness and presentation standards at all times

• Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to exceed expectations

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience as a plate or fine dining waiter (preferred but not essential)

• Impeccable grooming and presentation

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Ability to work under pressure during high-profile events
