Job Description: We are seeking passionate Personal Trainers and Fitness Coaches who are enthusiastic about delivering both personal and group training sessions. You will play a key role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals while maintaining a positive and motivational atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct personal training sessions and create tailored fitness programs for members.
• Lead group fitness classes and ensure engaging and effective sessions.
• Provide fitness assessments and track member progress.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization on the gym floor.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience.

Requirements:

• Certified Personal Trainer (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience in both one-on-one and group training.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to health and fitness with a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
