Job Description:
Primark is currently seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Part-Time Visual Merchandiser at our High Wycombe location. As a Visual Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing displays that showcase our latest fashion trends and drive sales.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain high visual merchandising standards throughout the store.
• Create eye-catching displays that highlight key products, promotions, and seasonal trends.
• Arrange merchandise in an attractive and logical manner to maximize sales potential.
• Ensure that all displays are properly stocked, organized, and replenished as needed.
• Collaborate with store management to plan and execute visual merchandising strategies.
• Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to optimize product placement and presentation.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including the backroom and storage areas.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, including inventory management and stock replenishment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in visual merchandising or retail sales preferred, but not required.
• Strong eye for design and creativity with a passion for fashion and trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to follow visual merchandising guidelines and standards.
• Flexible availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Legally eligible to work in the UK.
