Job Description: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Team Members at our store in Northampton. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience. • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing product information and advice as needed.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout, handling cash and card payments with care and attention to detail.
• Maintain a tidy and organized store environment, including replenishing stock, arranging displays, and ensuring shelves are fully stocked.
• Assist with receiving deliveries, unpacking merchandise, and checking for damages or discrepancies.
• Assist customers with locating items, sizing, and fitting room assistance, ensuring they find what they are looking for and have a seamless shopping experience.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding health and safety, security, and loss prevention to ensure a safe and secure working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve sales targets, meet productivity goals, and deliver excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work effectively as part of a team.
