In this role, you will play a key part in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Whether you’re assisting customers on the shop floor, replenishing stock, or processing transactions at the till, you’ll be an integral part of our team, helping us to achieve our goals and drive sales.Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner, providing them with product information and styling advice as needed.
• Maintain a tidy and organized shop floor by replenishing stock, arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is correctly priced and labeled.
• Process customer transactions efficiently and accurately at the till, handling cash and card payments in accordance with company procedures.
• Proactively upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities and meet individual and team targets.
• Assist with stock deliveries, including unpacking merchandise, checking for damages, and storing items in the designated areas.
• Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards, including cleaning and tidying fitting rooms, mirrors, and other customer areas.
• Collaborate with team members and management to achieve store targets and contribute to a positive working environment.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding health and safety, security, and loss prevention at all times.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and build rapport.
• A proactive and flexible approach to work, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn, with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
• Eligibility to work in the UK and compliance with relevant employment legislation and company policies.
