We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented Part-Time Retail Assistants to join our Birmingham store team, helping us deliver outstanding service and support in a busy retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers with queries, product recommendations, and general in-store support.
• Operate the tills, handling cash and card payments accurately and efficiently.
• Replenish stock and ensure shelves are well-stocked, clean, and organized.
• Maintain a high standard of store presentation, including product displays and merchandising.
• Assist with promotions, special offers, and seasonal product lines.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and inviting store environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store sales targets and ensure a smooth shopping experience for customers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in retail or customer service is an advantage but not essential – full training provided.
• Friendly, approachable, and passionate about delivering great customer service.
• A strong team player with good communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to working hours, including availability to work weekends and public holidays as required.
