Job Description

As a Team Member at our Newcastle Kingston location, you will be crucial in ensuring that our store operates smoothly and that customers receive outstanding service. Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering help and advice on our products.
• Process sales transactions at the till, handling cash and card payments accurately.
• Maintain the store’s appearance by organizing merchandise and ensuring areas are tidy.
• Support inventory management activities, including receiving stock, tagging, and placing items on the sales floor.
• Assist with promotional events and seasonal changes within the store.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and holidays.
