Job Description

As a Team Member in the Delivery department at our Leeds Trinity location, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods from our store to the customer. This position requires someone who is organized, energetic, and committed to maintaining our high standards of delivery service.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently sort, handle, load, and deliver products to customer premises.
• Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining a safe driving record.
• Assist with the unloading of goods at the store and organize them for easy access and distribution.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions to ensure seamless service.
• Adhere to company safety and maintenance standards at all times.
• Collaborate with the store team to manage inventory and fulfill online orders accurately.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues related to delivery with professionalism and poise.

Requirements

• Valid UK driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous experience in a delivery role preferred but not essential.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying heavy items.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in logistics is a plus.
